will there be rec places in LA in the coming months? Like what is in Colorado....just show age and you can buy whatever with a limit.

I think the rec sales don't go into effect until Jan 2018 (yes, not 2017). This gives lawmakers time to work out taxation and medical dispensaries to revamp
