Land

There
looks to be high desert in the middle of nowhere, looks like mostly wooded lots, probably sloped to all hell. do you have water and power hookups to the lot?

5 acres is less than you think it is, btw.

What area is
No.....very RED part of the state. 0 tolerance county.....

Ya
a shop is downright necessary for when it comes time to dry that crop. you can live in a trailer or even army tent, but you need to bring your harvest in out of the elements.
ya has a big shop with electric has a well that pump 28 gallon a min it has rv hook ups the owner is sale the land I was thinking about buying it he going to give them a notice as soon as there outdoes is done

like the others said, lassen county ain't too friendly with growers. i'd call the local cop shop before plopping down any money for the land. check to see what they have to say about the general area (after the current tenant is done with his grow, or course) because unincorporated areas are a no go.

I check the other day the area is not in unincorporated area you can see there grow from the road

Here is a link to grow rules by county but as somebody else stated 5 acres is not that much land and once you find a county you still need to check into county ordinance about living on property in rv permits to add sheds, barns or storage containers. I have been looking at Yuba County ordinance already in place over 5 acres 36 plants over 20 acres 60 plants.
