10% Wormcastings, 5-10% verm & perlite, a handful of bonemeal and fishmeal, a little bloodmeal and you're done. You can't get good worm shite from b&q. You need to find it online (not biobizz if possible..i wasn't too impressed with it) or at a smaller garden centre.
You can add loads of other crap too, but you don't need it. Except for epsom salts maybe, but even that is 50:50. Good quality, well-composted garden compost would be very useful to add too...10% maybe..

If your getting mold it's from to high of humidity whether it be during flowering or during your drying/curing process you got mold for a reason. I'm really banking on it not being a soil problem as long as the dry/cure was done properly.
