Last stages, but yellow leaves- should fertilizer be used?

It is said that you shouldn’t use fertilizers in the last stage but I have maybe 1/2/3 weeks (I’m not certain) to go and my bottom leave are turning yellow. Should I attempt to heal it with fertilizers or risk letting it go?

Another question of mine is when is a good time to flush the plant; and is flushing just taking some ph controlled water and pouring it through a few times? Something always struck me about this… if overwatering is bad for the plant why isn’t flushing? May be a silly question.

If you have 1 or 2 weeks left don't fertilize. If you have 3 fert it for 1 week. Flushing is pouring water over the plant's soil I think its 5 times the size of the pot. Usually I just let the tap run over the plant for a few minutes. As for end of cycle flushing it just means that instead of fertilizer you're using plain water in order to remove the chemicals in the plant. Some people say it isn't necessary because you don't do it to tomatoes or any other fruiting flower.

thank you, do you know how many days before harvest you need to flush it out if you do?

flushing is usually the last two weeks i believe - having yellowing leaves at the end of the plant's cycle i think is very normal - especially the bottom set. i would just flush as normal - i think that over-watering leads to a slow deterioration and not something that can easily happen in the last two weeks alone.. when my plants have yellow lower leaves i pluck them off when they start to dry out and i don't think that it is bad at all..

Since u have a nute def why would u want to deplete the medium of more nutrients by leaching it all out?
