last suggestions??? planted my domina seeds

first time growing and planted today. i adjusted some lighting today since on my box as i read through more posts on the forum. i ended up with this.
3 26w 6500k cfl with a total of 4800 lumens
1 60w 2700k cfl with with 900 lumens
2 8w tubes on the side
will this help create a color spectrum? a guy on the forum told me to use the 3:1 ratio for veg and to switch it around for flowering. any suggestions??? thanks alot guys

Get the lights a lot closer. 1-3 inches away is ideal. Those planys will stretch an insane amount otherwise, probably getting 400 lumens at that distance from plants.
