Lavender not doing shit

I’ve never grown lavender before, & as you can see I’ve had a horrible germination rate with my lavender. The ones that did end up making it above ground have been stalled out like this for a little over two weeks now. Is this normal for lavender? Does it really grow this slow or am I doing something wrong?

I started them in rapid rooters & have just been giving them water for now. Maybe I need to start giving them a light nutrient feed? It’s so what would you advise I start at 300 ppm? Also does lavender like it slightly acidic like cannabis?

More light for sure

Lavender likes very light Nutes, higher pH, 6.5-7
Miracle Grow light mix soil is good

Also don't overwater

You think I should wait longer to transplant?

Medium is too wet and not enough light
transplant those entire cubes into a dryer medium

Lavender from seed is a pain in the balls for sure. Did you stratify the seed? That helps a little. Also depends on where you got the seeds. if they were from a box store, hardware or supermarket etc, they were likely sitting on the shelf in a very subpar environment for weeks, or even months. for delicate seed that already has low germination rates, like lavender, this is devastating.
