leaf problems!!

so im growing a autoflower from Royal queen seeds, Royal Creamatic. the leaves started yellowing and dry out from the bottom, i have a little heat stress but its just the bottom leaves affected in this way and new growth is showing a little bit burn on the tips. I checked the PH and it was around 7.0 - 7.5 so i have used ph down to get it to about 5.0 - 6.0.. i havent used any nutrients but the soil was with nutrients so im not sure if it is nurtient burn maybe? the soil was pretty dense so it holds on to water and i havent watered for a loooong time and its still quite heavy.

One of Mine was pulling the same shit. I reached down and lifted her up by the root ball, and checked and all my drainage holes were blocked. I put some gravel on the bottom, then my medium.

Those are big pots tho. They might just hold a lot of water.
