Leaf tips black?

All my leaf tips are turning black. What is this from? How can I fix it? Its not burned because it's too close to the light I know that. I feel like it has to do with nutrients.

Do you have a pic? Did they turn instantly black? or turned yellow /brown around the tips? if the tips are yellow brown that is nitrogen burn. Need more info, pics, age of plant, how u been watering, soil, water ph, picture of container, etc
