Looks like bug damage but you should be able to determine that with a magnifier on bottom of the leaf

What medium are they in? Awfully young for deficiency. Are you already feeding? That container ain’t gonna cut it. If you have to use it then fill it with medium. All the way to the top. Water by weight and not by a schedule.
