Leaves all decaying, overferted?

I don't know what is wrong with my plant. It's about 17 days old, and I did give it a tiny bit of fertilizer, like 1/10 the dosage on the box.

I am using Miracle Grow All Purpose Plant food from concentrate, and it's 12-4-8. Best thing I could find in my town.

I gave it the fertilizer nearly a week ago, however I do water every 2 days.

Bagseed? Keep doing what you're doing and hope for the best.

Id say too much water, i believe the water schedule should be weekly or every 5 or so days. Thats what my friend does and his live!
