leaves and preflowers dying

Hey guys. Just as i think i am well educated in the growing department i find myself needing to come back to the noob section for some more help. Thank goodness for experts like you, else i would have given up looong ago.

So i planted my outdoor grow awhile ago, but i did it a bit early, and she started flowering, and as weeks went by, reverted back to vegging.

Now, i have some pretty weird growth, which i was told is normal, and , YAY, i see she is starting growing 5 finger blades again, which i believe is a good sign.

Now to my problem. The old "preflowers" and some of the old leaves are dying. A whole part of the plants stem is completely naked already. Common sense says this is normal, i mean, she is now putting work back into growing, so she stopped giving time and attention to the flowers, right?

Secondly. Ugh. Spidermites. Nothing serious, but i see a few single strands on her. So i sprayed her down with aome neem and garlic just now, thats why she looks a bit droopy.

In any case. Here are some pics.

Jeez my upload takes forever. So i will post the other pics in a bit

Some people suggested bud rot? It might be possible, but i dont have buds? Only pre flowers. 20150118_172424.jpg20150118_172401.jpg 20150118_172419.jpg

Broad mites? idk, I saw that stem scaling in another post though. It was some kinda bug I think. I guess they are extremely hard to see.
