leaves cupping

I have some leaves that are doing like a reverse cupping.
I use Poland spring water. and a well known fert. the leaves feel dry so I'm dumbfounded by whats the prob.
not sure what other info is needed.

Two possibilities, singly or combined:
overfeed
overheat
cn

so I should fert 2x a week and try to stay around 75 deg?

Stop feeding entirely (is my advice). The dry leaves thing sounds to me like nute burn aka nitrogen overdose. Let'm recover from their Maalox moment. cn

Temp-wise, it's pretty loose; just keep'em below 90, but that counts heat from the lighting. If your hand feels very warm under the light, it's probably too close. cn

my room is 85 with the lights on except when the ac kicks on then it drops to 78.
so for the next week or so water water water no fert. should I use poland spring reg or distilled?

Just use tap water, it contains lots of minerals and microogranisms that are beneficial for plants. Distilled water is good for flushing or pH problems, but in most cases tap water works best. Just let it sit overnight to decalcify.
