leaves curling?!?! Please look i have pics.

alright so my plant is about 14 inches still in veg, and about a week ago the second from the top branches started curling up, and just yesterday i read somewhere it might be because i leave my fan on 24/7, so last night i turn my fan off and i look the next day and all of the branches are sagging....WTF. I have one 16" cfl, maybe because its not enough light? and i run it 24/7. And i also have in in miracle grow soil. PLEASE HELP

Hey bro, from what I can see, and Im no pro by any means but you may be having some heat stress or under-watering problems. When the fringe leaves start to curl up this usually indicates the plant is trying to dissipate as much moisture as she can but isnt able to. This could either be caused by a lack of water, heat stress, or a build-up of toxic salts. You said you tunred the fan off? what are your temps like? How often do you water? What kinda light you running and how far is it away from your plant? Is there any yellowing on the leaves? the more info you can throw up here and pictures the more we can help you!!! Hopefully somebody with more experience then me will chime their opinion soon for you bro--have you looked in the plant problems thread yet, they got alotta good stuff there. Hope its nothing big and your smokin some dank soonbongsmilie peace

edit-sorry just realized your in MG soil. This could have something to do with it but than it could not. A lotta people dont like MG soil for various reasons. Are you giving them any extra nutes? The lights your using are fine as a lot a peeps grow with CFLS and they normally wouldnt cause the plants to curl and droop like that. Wish I could help you better bro, brings a tear to my eye evey time i see a sick plant:(

smallclosetgrower- its roughly 70-80 in my closet, my light cycle is 24/0 and i am not using any nutrients, should i be? and i water about every 2 days and give it about 3/4 of a 20oz bottle. gonzo'd- i dont think its heat stress, i have the fan on it 24/7 and the bulb doesnt get hot at all. it might be under watering..UPDATE i transplented it to a pot about tripple the size, i think its a 3 gallon, and i switched to a 400watt metal halide. I decided to just switch to flowering now so i am running it 12.12. i will post some pics of it tomorrow.
