Leaves curling up

INFORMATION my plant is in its 3rd week of veg growth. It is now developing its 2nd set of bladed leaves. I am growing in MG Continuous release potting mix. And for light i use the natural sun by setting my plant near an open window. In my closet there is one 100w CFL and a blue spectrum grow light tube fluro.

PROBLEM: The 5 bladed leaves are curling up on the sides forming a semi half-pipe shape. They have no color deficiencies and are continuing to grow. The remaining leaves all look fine.

QUESTION: Should i be worried about this? Is this normal? If it is not normal what do you all think the problem is? How can i fix it?

they dont look too curled to me, they look fine. but it could be doing that due to over watering, i see the soil is nice and wet and so are the leaves, thats my best guess.

but they look fine.

If you are going to give them a morning mist, do this before lights on or gets too hot and do add a drop of dish soap to water. Like palmolive. By doing this the water will be slick and run right off the top side of the leaf where it is not needed and can cause a magnified burn from light.
