leaves curling

My 1 week old jack herer plant leaves are curling up.pic included i last watered monday but was watering every 3 days before that Pleaes help. Im a first time grower so will take any advice given. Thx

Don't take any advice is dumb, better to take the right advice, study some more sand double check often , as this is the WWW.

OK...not enough perlite note that next time you potup, maybe FFOF or similar soil, hopefully you have feed no nutes as yet and not for another 2-3 weeks...? see it as the start of standard nute burn, or poor ventilation, keep a small fan in there with a temp gauge, and treat by flushing with 3 times the volume of the pot, with air temperate Ph neutral water, allow to recover in dim light, one day or overnight......avoid feeding for 2 weeks then resume at half the current rate only resume, when you see a positive improvement.

Nute burn? Gimme a brake...Just keep watering with water....flushing is for toilets! Until the wash!

Your plant is fine....be patient with it....nutes later, like at 4-5 full internodes (the third is just starting).
