leaves don't look right ? first time grower

first time grower, managed to make it to the flower cycle almost 3 weeks , and the leaves dont look right is it just the plant strain ? its very green ,with no spots on any of the leaves..could use a pro to take a look at it please View attachment 2999113

Looks like your missing some fan leaves? The bud sites that are lacking fan leaves are definitely gonna suffer. Anyway, I'm pretty sure twisted/curled leaves are due to a ph imbalance. I could be wrong but more pics would make for a better diagnoses.

They could also be twisting to get light.

Combination of not enough light and missing spectrums

On the cheap buy a vanity fixture (HD/Lowes) + 2 Cree NW and 2 Cree Warm White household bulbs

twisted cfls ain't all that
