Ok so my tree is a week and 1/2 old. It has 5 sets of leaves growing out but the branches are'nt growing up and out. I have a lot of bulk and everything seems to be growing too close together. I have about 3,000 blue lumens and 2,700 red lumens. The red is about 8 inches away "hoping it would grow up some but didnt yet" and the blue is on either side about 2 inches away. The 5 sets are all growing withing about 1/2 centimeter on top of each other. My last plant was tall and bushed out, this one not so much. I am using miracle grow potting soil, a fan and about 1 1/2 feet width grow space and about 4 feet tall. Also I have a bit of yellowing on the sprout leaves at the very bottom and then the first grow leaves the tips are a bit yellow. What should i do as this is my first real attempt at growing and i want a success even if its a small one ^^ any info I appreciate.:peace:

Tis just a baby, give er time.
and the yellowing could be from a variety of things, most likely a little bit of burn from the MG. Should be ok as long as you don't overwater it.
what sort of light are these red and blue lumens coming from?

ive been using daytime cfl's 100W 1400 lumens and 1 150 watt 2,600 lumen soft light and 1 plant grow light tube along the wall 510 lumens so far. I might switch to hps for flowering but i want to see how it goes first before investing money in it. I have mylar running all around the walls with the fan hanging just above the lights and it blows down through and onto the plant lightly and down through the bottom the air flow goes out for ventilation. I kinda thought maybe she "i hope" was just growing faster than she was supposed to and maybe the stem growth would catch up to the leave growth after a few weeks. My last plant was only like 2 or 3 sets of leaves at 1 1/2 weeks
