leaves looking bad

my first year growing indoors BIG DIFFERENCE my leaves are twisting up and turning crazy colors i bought a grow bible but its confusing and says nothing about my leaves folding up like a demented taco or something not just the older leaves but the new ones too some plants dont have anything wrong with them at all and everyone gets the same nutrients water everything please help if u can
