Leaves turning white and crispy on clones

Hello,

Some leaves on my blue dream clones are turning white and very dry.
I transplanted them from rockwool to Happy Frog in an outdoor grow a couple days ago.
They're getting enough water and sun(California)
I just checked and it appears that the roots have barely begun to stick out of the rockwool(maybe this is it?)
Any ideas on what it is? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

How old are the plants, and were they started indoors? They look heat stressed to me, maybe with some nitro burn

Yes, I believe they were started indoors. I got them at a dispensary, I don't quite know how old they are though.
