Leaves yellowing mid-flower, flush?

Hello everybody, leaves have been yellowing for some time now, gradually. Some of the tips peaked up and started turning red.
I don’t understand what it is. I am feeding my other plant with the same everything, they both are in the same soil. What do you think this is? Should I flush?

Flash is hiding whatever you’re concerned about but don’t flush.
