What would be the best distance to have my GN TELOS 0010 300W above my plants?they're 20 days old autoflowers. It says on they're website 80cm in veg but I'm wondering if I could have it closer??

No bring the light as high as they go. They will stretch to the light. If you have it low they will only grow so much.

That’s what happened to me. So I raised the light and they have been growing faster. So I had to use net and I put some wire to bend them. https://growbud.co/shared/sharedGrow?plantId=iAs3HuBINP
