LED lights
I am not at all electrically savvy. Therefore I want to buy the right
plug-n-play LED product for the best value for use in a scrappy scrog setup.
From those of you growing with LED lights, which commercial LED light products proved from your own personal experiences work best at the best $ value?
There is a large selection available.
LED Grow Lights for Plants and Planet- garden efficiently
LED Grow lights
High quality and affordable Led Grow Lights
Growled - LED Grow Lights for Plants
eBay Store - High Tech Garden Supply: 1,000 watt Grow Lights, DIGITAL GROW LIGHTS, 400 watt Grow Lights
eBay Store - 1Som BidSome: Specialty Light, Flashlights with AA, Flashlights with AAA

Also, from personal experiences, which of these lights are not going to work?

Warm Regards,
Jasmine Faerie :peace:

Thanks. Now I've got to join another group to ask that gardener. Hahahaha...
Didn't look like his LED grow project was going too well.
I've seen others grow with LED much better. Like Sinic (post 30 pics) here:
Cogi's LED experiment - Page 3 - Reefer World
But Sinic made their own LED bread board from scratch. I'm not savvy enough to do that. I want to buy the best pre-fab product for the best $ value. Plug-n-Play

Anyone on here growing using a pre-fab LED light setup from one of the links in the first post of this thread yielding nice results?

i never understand why people use these things lol. like every grow journal using LEDs as a main supply of lighting always turns out the same. dead plants or extremely small harvest.

just get t5s or something

LED grow lights won't be refined for a couple of years. I've tried and seen others try, it always goes to shit at some point for one reason or another. I haven't seen a successful harvest yet. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be disappointed.

Sad but true! For some reason they don't seem to flower very well, although they should - technically. I'm getting ready to buy a half dozen (or so) 14 watt panels, 272 LED's per panel, from homegrownlights.com. I'm not even going to try to flower with them (at least at first), just maintaining a "mamma" - rooting some clones - and a small (4 sq. ft.) veg stage SCROG. If that experiment goes as I hope, I will then flower with a 250 watt HPS. If all goes according to plan, I will "Supersize" everything and start again!

Like you said, every LED grow that I have checked out ends up bad, somewhere in the flowering stage through the harvest. I only expect them to work well through the veg stage, so I hope I wont be disappointed!
