LED light fixture setup help

I'm looking to replace my 600w Hid light setup and go LED. I have no clue where to look for these and afraid eBay ones may not produce what I want. I'm using an Apollo horticulture 600w light and saw they have Led fixtures but are they any count? The hid light is pretty good it's lasted me two years running everyday. I tried searching other threads but my search engine here didn't find any so any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking for 300w and above. Want to run between 600-1000 Watts total.

I was directed towards area51led.comand I got some rw150s for flower and w100s for veg. Couldn't be happier with the flower lihhts haven't used the veg lights yet. Growing some dense buds

My 4 rw100s in a 4x4 tent is supposed to be the replacement of 1000 watt hps. Only 600 watts of power tho.
