Led light or a 150w hps for flowering 1 plant

Hello everyone, Hope all is well and safe.
I have 1 small plant inside a tent.
I been vegging with a viparspectra 450w lled light.
I been using just the veg. I am about ready to start flower.
Should I use just the bloom on my led or should I use a 150w hps for the flowering?

What size is your space?

The 150 would probably give you better buds to be honest. I’ve never run it (I’m An led guy) But I think I might make the switch sometime soon. Idk I’m kinda baked but yeah I’d switch em :)

What?

The 2 are equivalent in terms of efficiency. The Vipar has a higher wattage, so just keep running it. Run both switches on.

Small Hid lights(150, 250 watt) are less efficient than 600s and 1000s.

Just looked up the vipar light, actual pull says 200.
Sorry to confuse you man but yeah he’s right. 200w is better than 150w.
Do a test for yourself though! I’d be very interested. Flower with each light and compare your results!
