Hello, I'm a newbie. Can anyone please help me to choose which led light to buy between them? Those are the only available in our country. I want a UFO because it looks nice and small and has a bigger watts (though im confused with the 2nd option because it has more led lights than UFO but still has smaller watts) but i'am worried of the UV and IR that can affect my health. So i am thinking of my 2nd option which only have red and blue. I am also thinking that the plant really needs are the blue and red so the 2nd option is better than the UFO. It has a lot of red and blue unlike the UFO has other different colors which is not necessary. Please englighten me thanks

Where exactly are you at that those are the only options of lights. Those may be the only grow lights you can get but if you look around here people aren't using blurple lights anymore. Walmart has some very good household led globes that can be used for growing.
I just ordered from ngtled based out of China they use smd chips and have shoebox style lights from 100 to 200w or ufo style lights all the way up to 240w they only have white lights as they aren't used for growing but will more than adequately grow any plant. Their website says world wide shipping so check them out.
Both of those lights will work there are just better options out there not necessarily grow lights but then again hps mh and vapor sodium lights weren't designed to grow plants either

Will the uv ir of ufo may affect my health so its better to buy the 2nd option? Is 2nd option better than the ufo? Please choose. thank you

"Blurple" is just a term used on here to describe the Red/Blue LED lights like the ones you have listed in your original post.
After reading the first description of the led light you are looking at, what exactly is "Real Grow LED's"....sounds like some hyped up propaganda to sell junk lights to people who dont know any better.

thank you, May i know why? Are the uv and ir wont effect me that much? Or it is normal that they both have uv and ir, the 2nd option just didnt indicate it?

Rofl, you're in Asia where 90% of grow lights are manufactured and that's your only 2 options.

At most those lights will grow one to two small plants if grown in a 4 plus liter pot you'll only be watering once or twice a week at the most so the uv and ir won't affect you unless you sit and watch your grass grow then all you would have to worry about is your eyes.
I would go with option one the uv and ir will help increase potency and trichrome production
