LED or HPS

Im new to the game and just wondring what people are useing for lighting and whats better, Im useing a 600w hps but iv come across led's witch use less power and choppers cant track them should i change...:-|

no hps is proven to be the best so far but why not use the LEDs as side lights or something

No way you will replace a 600w hps with led's it's just not feasible with current technology. If you already have them, yeah I'ld use them for side lighting, but they will not produce the way a 600w hps will, so stick with what you're doing.
