LED strip lights?

Can you use a normal LED strip lights for growing? Like just a regular one you'd buy in any shop?

I use one of those under the kitchen cupboard type led strip lights about a foot long (10 watts), the ones you can string together, to start cuttings, over a humidity dome, then once rooted I put them in a small cardboard box with same light over them if 24/7. It keeps them alive, warm and growing very slowly, which is what i want sometimes if I'm storing them for a few months before use. So yes you can, just add more according to the objective.
