LED UFOs on ebay?

Are these any good?

The price is so much cheaper than retail, seemingly too good to be true, but the hydro supply mark up is huge so maybe it is true.

Anyone have experience with these?

dude fuck LED'S u wont yield shit, at least go CFL if HPS is out of the question

Well my question is because I have been having heat issues even with only 4 CFLs. If these units are legit than I can get one of these and use 2-4 cfls for side lighting and my temps should be good.

I have seen LED grows and they do well, my question is are these ebay units garbage compared to the ones you see on hydro sites.

85% of the power consumed by LED's are converted to heat... Only 15% of the power consumed is used to produce light... As far as the link it stated it was as good as a 600 or 1K HPS that is BS.... In one of the pictures of the device it showed 3 fans on the back panel... I dont see this solving your heat issue... You may want to put your attention on air circulation and venting the heat out of the grow area...

Just my 2 cents man but I have extensive knowledge on LED's used as a replacement for streetlighting...
