LED vs HPS/MH conversion kit

Im thinking about getting either this from HTG

High Tech Garden Supply

or the fifth set of boards down from the the top from the "High Quality and affordable LED grow light company" attatched.


Your thoughts? Imput would be lovely!

HID.
I started with leds for my first try...I had a bad experience. I have a 400 watt HPS now and so far I am loving it.
