Legal medical business start up info

With more and more states passing medical cannabis laws it would be helpful to be able to have a resource to ask questions about cannabis start ups. Business plans, things that have worked an not worked, product trends, etc... from a retailer or commercial cultivators prospective.

Weed almost sells itself, if you can find a way to do it legally that would be great. Here in Michigan everything is sketchy. You would have to make contact with a dispensary and see if they will take your medicine off your hands. They are probably going to want the lowest price possible because that is capitalism. I would recommend making it in person, calling on the phone is just way too suspicious. I would look over the buds for any disease or pests before you take them in.

I would recommend taking in some top colas in half way decent jars. Then smaller jars that have like 1 gram samples of the same plants so they can test them.

But this is all theory I have no idea how they work.

Yeah except that none of the links provided are what I was talking about.

Business discussion was the closest thing and it contains nothing about the topic in question. I'm talking about a resource for starting a legit business in states that have passed medical use laws. Every sate is different and has different requirements. There is a niche market for consultants that help people with this stuff. Business plans for a medical dispensary cost around $15k to $25k and are mostly cookie cutter. I'm sure there are plenty of people that have started successful businesses out there that can help.

Application process and business plans was specifically what i was referencing. It just doesn't appear the site has the info. Maybe no one on the site does. Maybe I will start the resource. Thanks.

Wasn't snippy with you. I appreciate it. The forum has a ton a great info on it and it's first place I come when I'm looking for something.

I was just looking for something specific I didn't find and it a big opportunity area in the market right now.

It was the accusation that I somehow was lazy and didn't search when in fact I have spent hours researching the subject. I do plan on posting what I have come up with for IL specifically.

than you can put it in that specific area. however we have a strict no selling or trading rule here
