Legal Patient, Nosey Neighbors

Ok so last night I get home around midnight to see the young girl next door getting home at the same time.

She waves me over to her so I walk up to her and she tells me "Hey, do you have marijuana plants in your backyard? I mean, it doesn't bother me if you do because I smoke too but the lady with the black dog came to my house trying to rescue my dog because it lives in the backyard, and she mentioned she is going to call the cops about your plants"

"Nah, I dont have any plants, I hope she does call the cops"

Ok so, I know this lady, it stumbles the fuck out of me how she saw my plants first of all and second of all why is it her fucking business to be looking in my backyard. You literally cant see my plants unless walk up to my fence and look over it, so whats the deal.

Should I confront the lady going around telling my neighborhoods I got pot plants in my backyard? Because I'm going to. I'm going to tell that nosey bitch that I would weigh about 100 pounds without the use of my PERSCRIBED marijuana because I have an eating disorder, and its none of her fucking business whats in my backyard to begin with and DEFIENTLY not my neighbors business.

Im not sketching hard I'm just looking for thoughts and opinions. I only have two plants and I have my MMJ card.

I should be alright, right?

ya, u should let that old woman know its none of her business about ur disability ( use that word) and that without ur medication of mj that u could die from ur disability. and show her ur card if have to. let that bitch know she aint got shit on u. GL with that tho

well a confrontation with a person like thatwill deffinately get the police called.....and you will be at fault for bitchin at a bitchy old lady....we all know the type,and so do the cops they probably know her by first name, every neighborhood has em,cops hate them. were as now you are legal you got your card and medsin the back its all legit to the local enforcement agencys you are an upstanding citizen victimized by a nosey stalker neighbor... fuck that bitch and stay within your legal medical guidlines.. no worries.

Im just worried about 5 cop cars pulling up to my house and making a huge scene over nothing. I'd rather just tell the lady its legal, show her my perscription, and tell her I'd appreciate it if she didn't go around telling my neighbors, regardless if she still wants to get the law enforcement involved.

i would do that, and sit her down, and be like, i know u seen my medication in my backyard, the neighbor told me, and i just wanted to let u know that its 100 legal and i have a card saying so. and that u would like for her not to go telling other neighbors cuz you dotn what them to think ur some druggy pothead just tryin to grow pot.

bro all i gotta say is. thats invasion of privacy. you can actuallly call the cops on her, and when she sys o i saw bud plants. you say how withlouut looking over my fence??? then the case will be dropped. go do something about it first tho. and you have your card so your cool, you dont have 150 back there. keep on growing :mrgreen:

You could photocopy your letter, with certain details blacked over, and leave that attached to your fence with a note asking her to please stay OFF your property. To the best of my knowledge, no trespassing can only really be enforced if potential trespassers are noticed (signs).

Well, technically she would not have to be on my property to see it, she would just have to walk up to my gate and look into my backyard.

Im just glad I have a good doctor to back me up. He told me a lot of things I didn't know but I'm going to call him before anybody.

I would purposely wait to see her outside and go right up to her and strike up a conversation being kool and see if she will bring it up, if she dont then she had her chance to talk to you face to face about it. If she wont talk to you about it then she aint got no buisness talking to anybody else about it.
