Is it legal to sell clones for donation on craigslist? I have 16 teens in soil I no longer need as I am moving to hydro. Wondering if I can put them on cl and sell them legally to a cardholder? Else I am just going to throw them away.

thanks all

Not sure if it's legal. But I have bought clones off craigslist several times. You only have 16, I would do it.

Im unsure if its legal, but I have also been involved in the cloning trade on craigslist.

Make sure you have your card, the person has their card. Physically look at it and their ID.

Im pretty sure you could at least get 30-40 for those a piece. Don't sell yourself short. Clones that are 3-4" sell for $20.00 all day long.

It is not legal to sell marijuana, period. It doesn't matter if its clones, plants, buds, hash, ect.

With that said, people still use cl for all of the above and seem to get away with it...

I know you cannot sell, can only take donations for time/expenses etc I thought I read that somewhere on michigan.gov site, or perhaps just what others have said in the past.

If you knew it was not legal to sell, why start this thread? The donation thing is just a loop hole and is still more grey area than legal. Legally donations are only supposed to take place between patients and their designated caregiver. Like i said, people use cl and seem to get away with it, the choice is yours...

The problem is the rules they give you is to sell (ohh sorry, for donation) to your patient only but the law does not actually specify that one way or the other and that is why its a grey area from my understanding. I was just wondering if someone knew more about it and if people are actually getting bothered for "selling" clones or not.
