Legalization in Minnesota

So, as much as I know, which is not that much, is that it's going to be legal for medicinal use in around 2015-2016. But only will be able to be used in it's extracted form. So not the flower that we all know and love. So anyone who has any other information about the legalization in MN, feel free to reply.
