Do you consider stress-relief to be a legitimate medical use of marijuana?

If so, doesn't that make nearly all use of marijuana "medicinal" because it is used to achieve a euphoric or elated feeling?

why not ? we all know stress can lead to more serious illnesses and if u can smoke a little to prevent it isn't that enough of a medical reason?
