Hello:)
I'm new to the forum and new to growing actually , I have been diagnosed with Several conditions at the age of 21.. Medication has been part of my life past few years but prescription pills have done my situation good and bad and right now in remission I'm looking for a natural way that I KNoW helps me and my nausea and symptoms.. I have always smoked cannbis ESP for medical reasons but recently I need to smoke more and more and medical cannbis ain't cheap and it's killing me and the support of my family budget wise hence me needing to really grow my own medication ... I have done tons of research and I have chosen aeroponics well hopefully for the reason that it can produce higher taste flavor and hopefully good yields in less time ... I want to have a constant supple of medicine so SOG I like but do not fully understand ...:( so for now I'm stuck with either the aerojet four tray system Or the aeroflo 60-120 system same price but I have read the aeroflo is just a hybrid DWC system so what do you honestly think would benefit my situation less plants aerojet or much more plants aeroflo,, how much do we really know about the differences in regard to medication for cancer ?

Ur help is greatly appreciated
Thank u

I guess to save time and iv tried this growers bubba it's good

too much info for people to read and not organized enough
try asking more specific questions and people may answer more?
also browse the forum for another couple weeks, and many of your questions will be answered

Well I have been looking and yet have not made up my mind not enough suffient data... Not sure if hasn't been used or tested enough.. Main Q would be in regards to growing my own medication, aeroflow is hybrid DWV and aerojet is authentic aeroponics etc. between both grow methods what would be differences between the two in regards to making the best of each system for more medication , aeroflo 60 compared to aerojet 4 tray , will the diff between both methods be great or few days off flowering maybe faster veg time?
basically I need to find a methods to constantly have meds so would the aerojet and its price be worth much of a diff ? Obviously the aeroflo has more plant spots but would getting the aerojet have faster harvests maybe larger ,more potent yields medically ? Regards to speed of harvest and THC content ?

there are also other factors you might not have looked in too..... an 8 week flowering plant needs at least 10 weeks from switching 12/12 ,changing lights ,aero or hydro doesn't change this fact will only factor on size of yeild.. also space and lighting are contributing ....for example you can get 5oz from 1 plant or 5oz from 3 all depending on a number of factors. .. ... how long you veg?....longer veg ,bigger plant, bigger yeild also the amount of light per plant?......

Help?? Please come on why is no body reading and replying come on
People are reading, i think your way over your head going with aero for your first grow. Just being honest. DWC is much easier for a beginner and you will get amazing quality just the same. Flood and drain is a little harder but good for sog if thats how you want to go but more expensive than dwc to start.
Dont let me deture you though. If thats what you want to do letter buck man. Just know that theres not many people that do that can help you if you run into problems because its pretty uncommon.
Also like djx says, theres no way to speed up flowering, veg is a little faster in hydro, any kind of it.id figure your lighting situation out before you purchase the rig your going to put plants in. That way you can see what you really have space for. Also, check the breaker panel where your going to be running the power from. If your on a low amp circut you could be limited unless you know a good electrician.
Personally id go with four six site totes, two under each 600 watt light (thats two lights), and have a seperate mother/ veg light where you raise 12 plants (two totes) at a time cloned off one or two smaller mothers for between 2 and 3 week veg. You should be cropping out one of the lights every month more or less and that is how long it takes to get the clones ready for sog.
Oh ya, forgot to mention this is a dwc scenario ;) you should be hitting 12 oz per light every month. Good luck :):):)

i would do soil first mate. its more forgiving and you will learn alot. after a few grows then you can get you a wilma system or make your own dwc or whatever you like. soil can grow buds that are just as strong as hydro. hydro just will just veg a bit faster and you get total control on what the plant will be doing but its hard to screw up soil if you do your research.

Listen to him. I would say the same thing. Not meaning offense but its obvious you know very little about growing. Itsma recipe for disappointment if you go in trying to use the most advanced technical method and expect heavy crops right off the bat.

Go with some soil plants (since youve been offered clones in dirt...its not a great idea to put rooted in dirt plants into an aero set up). If you want a faster veg time toss 2 inches of perlite in your buckets and drill a hole 2 inches up on the side of your buckets. You can use a mixture of soil/hydroton/perlite/vermiculite in your buckets and this allows almost daily watering if wanted which is what factors in faster growth. I wouldnt use all 4 mediums that i listed at once but all of them will work.

If youre dead set on Aeroponics try to get some clones rotted it rockwool or a bubble cloner. Something more sterile than dirt.

Expect that any method you use that you wont have bud for 10 weeks at least and if the guy who offered to help wants a cut of your bud to help...just tell em no thanks.

Hey welcome brother, I am a medical user and found myself in your position a while back. I had to come to terms with the reality that it was a lot of hard work. You have to stay ahead always in case you need a sick day. I would get an indica dominant strain and find a heavy one. They have so much info on the psychoactive profiles now. For Cancer....I would get an OG. I would just warn against jumping into all the technology at once. Keep it simple, clean, and elegant and focus on learning to grow well at first. I am here if you need help. Best to you.

I would defininitely use SOIL first.

You are an apprentice mechanic who just decided he is going to rebuild a space shuttle with a screw driver.

Go soil, learn to grow, then you can step up to much more complicated growing methods.

You are setting yourself up for failure jumping into aeroponics without learning how to grow first.

Here's a great website. www.growweedeasy.com There's are step by step instructions for you. I had great success on my first grow with coco-coir and I would fully suggest it. I use Advanced Nutrients PH perfect nutrient line and it does as advertised. Good luck with everything brother!

Look up 'run from the cure' Rick Simpson. My friend used it for his brother, he made a full recovery.
I use the oil for my sisters crohns disease, really helps her manage her symptoms.
Just a thought
