Light Bugs an issue??

Little tiny light bugs fly all around my lights and land on my plants, do i need to spray? My clones are under light just until they get a bit bigger then will be outside full time, Should only be under for another week or 2. Does this type of insect cause any issues? I did notice a few moths...??

Any insects other than beneficials (nematodes, lady bugs, mantis', etc) are usually bad for plants. Moths will lay eggs and they hatch into caterpillars that eat your leaves.
