Light effecting flowering?

I am an Attic grower and I am in the early stages of flowering. I started about 5 days ago. In the attic there is a couple of long openings that run across the ceiling of the grow area. These openings allow the tiniest bit of light to seep in. To give you a better Idea of the amount of light, I cannot see my hand in front of my face when I am by the plants but you can see the light seeping in and it hits the floor very softly. Will this effect the flowering cycle? And how long until i really start to notice the flowers start to form, right now all I see are very immature preflowers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

IMO If the light is less then a full moon you should be OK. My plants started showing bud formation about 2nd or 3rd week.
