I asked the same question not to long ago on another site. Here's the basics of a good reply I got for one plant(and I'm going to follow):
Veg
2 x 42W 6500-7000K (higher one if you can find it)
Flower
2 x 42W 2500-2700K (lower one if you can find it)
1 x 42W 6500-7000K
