it wont change the sex, hermie only.
a light as small as a night light on for about an hour is all it takes. if it`s not a sealed room it will have small leaks

What about very minor amounts of daylight coming in through small gaps in the door, whilst my plant is at the back end of its dark period, also is this a problem whilst vegging or just flowering?

Yup i think my tap water did it, not using nutes as yet. got a ph tester today from ebay but didnt work so waiting on a replacment, think i might use bottled water untill it comes or how about using rain water that has run off my shed roof into a storage container, would that be any good? and good idea with the weather seal strips

i wouldn`t use the roof water. put a bucket outside and catch the rain. it is good stuff

Ok, well it rains alot in the uk, if i collected a bucket full and put it in my growroom does it matter at all if the water has been stood for a while or would i need to renew it

rain water has alot of pollutants in it use distilled or reverse osmosis for best results if you use tap water let it sit over night

I just boil a gallon of the filtered water that comes out of the refrigerator. I think that's good enough, don't you?

if it`s been sitting it loses it`s o2. i use a 10 gallon rez and run it through a fish tank fiter. keeps my water at the right temp and perfect ph and ppm is 0
