Light mix for flowering!

My weed was all the time in my sun house, now they are 8 weeks old and ready for flowering, but I wonder can I flower them with 250W HPS and 3 CFL's each 23W which makes standart light for 300W cause 23W CFL = 100W regular bulbs I don't know how they call. So in fact I got 2700K CFL's spectrum more than HPS 250W spectrum, will they flower? Or better to take off 1 CFL ?
