Light question

HEY i got a cabinet today it is 87cmW 72.5cmH 39cmD i have also got a fan 150cfm in my top coner with a vent in the bottom i was wondering wether i could put a 400w hps in there and if not then what can i put in there preferably something other than fluros
i would apreciate any answers thnx

first of all you want your intake vent in the bottom and your exhaust vent in the top blowing hot air out. 39"x15" sounds like a 400 might be a bit too big, a 250 watt might work better.
