Light spacing

I have a platinum led grow light 450 model. It is an 11 x 19 inch light. I am going to be starting from seed and was wondering what height I should be placing my light during seedling growth and veg/flower. I will be lighting up a 3 x3 tray with probably 4 plants in it.

You should be fine with a distance of ~24 inches.

Hell I dare you to get it as close as 12 inches ... no ... don't do that please .
