Lighting and Odor Control Questions

I purchased some cheap grow lights form HOme Depot the other day. I Purchased two 75 watt plant lights the box says (Medium Base BR30) if that means anything, and the light has a blue tint on the glass im wondering if these lights could cut it for a small confinded growing space like a closet for only 4 plants at a time

the other question is of odor control. I'm only going to be growing 4 plants at a time but I would imagine that it would still smell dank so im wondering if i should consider:

Ona Block
http://www.4eversun.com/images_new/onablock.jpg

which is just a block that sits ther eand absorbs the smelly particles and cancels them out with chemical bonding

or

Active Carbon Filter

If I get the carbon filter, does it just hang over the plants? or di I need a fan to blow the smell into the filter or what? im a bit confused

Im not sure which ordor control method to use and as for lighting, if anyone can give me advice on this, itd be a great help to me.

I've never used it but I've heard that Ona though it works, takes some smell away from the buds themselves.

Carbon filter you're going to need some kind of blower, but inline duct fans are pretty cheap (20-30) at most hardware stores.

If for some reason you are already using an ac/dc inverter look into boat bilge blowers. They are super cheap on ebay or from marine stores and usually come in 4-3" sizes in and out. 12vdc usually though.
