I think so. That's why I use them. But it's not in a large area with alot of mothers. I only keep 2 and trim them down right after I clone so they don't get out of hand and block the light. But that's just my way. Other might say 400w MH. But if it works why change. But the answer is yes it will work depending on how much room and how many you plan on having.

I'm always Leary of places that mess up on the dementions of the tents. But other then that looks good and for a 4' tall tent heat is a big deal so yes go T5

Personally I would go with the CFL's. You can concentrate your light where you want it. Using strips you will be pretty well struck to having the light at one height and plants dont all grow the same. With CFL's you can also have side lighting of your plant...Thats a nice grow tent but you could probably build one and save some bucks... Mylar is cheap...
