lighting help

i just picked up two daylight cfls each having 1600 lumens at 5000k each, i am setting these bot up in a 2 cubic square foot micro-grow box. will this be enough light or should i get a third. this light is for four saplings

how many watts ?
and four plants in a 2 foot cube is stretching it
