Lighting my seedling

My very first seedling just popped it’s little head out of the dirt.
what should i have my light set to? Veg, Bloom or full? Full looks the closest to daylight so that’s what i have my light on now.

I'm an advocate for giving them some sleep especially in the seedling stage, set it to 18/6 that's 18 hrs on and 6 hrs off.
