In the FAQ section it says that idealy you should have 7000-10,000 lumens per square foot. I am building a 4'x4' grow room, and I want to use t-5 lights.
If my calculations are correct I will need 32 t-5 lights to achive 10,000 lumens per foot. That does not seem right...
T-5 produces about 5000 lumens.
32 X 5000 = 160000
160000/16 sq. ft. = 10,000 lumens per square foot.
