Lighting question 6400k ?

Hello folks, you'll have to excuse my ignorance but I have a 6400k envirolite (125 watt) which says "full spectrum" on it and I was wondering (hoping?) this would be okay for both vegetative and flowering cycles...

Can anyone confirm if this is correct ? It's a maxgrow light but for some reason I can't get to their website (either this pc is being odd or it's gone)

I've looked a LOT online and don't seem to find any information one way or the other. As 6400k is basically daylight (that's correct, right?) then surely this would do ? But then everywhere I look in stores etc the 6400k is only blue spectrum.

Am I just lucky that I got a light that claims to be 'full spectrum' ? are they just 'non standard' ? or is it infact not the case at all ? I'm basically pretty confused and any answers would be much appreciated !

Envirolites are a good choice. They are full BLUE spectrum 6400k and full RED spectrum 2700k. Envirolites boast most PAR wattage in these particular colour spectrums. You will be able to do a full cycle with a single 6400k bulb; however, as stated on their website, mixing the colour spectrums is best.
I currently use 1x 125w 6400k during veg and add a 200w 2700k at the 12/12 switch. The plants love em'.
