Lighting question

alright, so i just finished my first grow in my cubby hole of a closet. the bud didnt turn out too bad and i know i messed up on a lot of things, but what i need help with is what size light i should use. my space is about 3'x3'x3.5'

ive been thinking about getting either a 250 or 400 watt system. im leaning more towards the 250 because of heat issues and such.


any input?
