Like the other said, that's hardly enough light for 1 plant. It really depends on your growing style, but typically, a grower will have between 1-4 plants under a 1000w HID light. I've seen people press 1 pound per light with a 432w T5 (4 ft 8 bulb), but that's with 2 plants scrogged out. With CFL lights like you are talking, you are going to want at least 300w per plant to get a descent yield. If money is tight, just grow 1 big plant with all of the lights you have, and take the harvest money and get 2 HID lights.. You should easily get an 8 oz plant if you concentrated all of your attention on her. Happy Growing!
